It is also recommended that you bring any medical records, test results, blood work, imaging study reports, vitamins or herbal remedies currently being used or other relevant information you may have in your posession with you to your first appointment. 

Office hours are by appointment only, Monday through Friday, and both daytime and evening hours are available.  Please call to check for availability. 

Insurance coverage for acupuncture in Pennsylvaina unfortunately lags behind much of the country.  However, as demand increases, more and more insurance companies will inevitably begin to offer reimbursement options (current "referral programs" do not pay for treatments).  You should check with your insurance company directly to see if you can be reimbursed.  I will facilitate the process but I do require payment at the time of service.  Flex-spending programs generally accept acupuncture expenses and a receipt will happily be provided for such purposes whenever requested.
